Currently, the main encapsulated gel breaker used in domestic oilfields is the encapsulated gel breaker with ammonium persulfate as the core.
Our encapsulated gel breaker has excellent delayed release performance, which keeps the gel at a high viscosity during fracturing operations, facilitating fracture creation and proppant carrying. After construction, it can completely break the fracturing fluid for hydration, which is conducive to flowback, reduces construction risks, and minimizes the damage of fracturing fluid to the flow conductivity of the propped fracture.
Meanwhile, the company has a patented crystal re-granulation technology independently developed , solving the problems of irregular crystal shape, poor coating rate, and low compressive performance. The patented formula is applied in the granulation process to enhance the hardness, temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and shear resistance of the core.
Currently, we own three crystal re-granulation and shot blasting production lines, one granulation drying line, five fluidized bed coating production lines, and one 5KG-level coating pilot line, with an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons.
