Production Process

First, the sulfur is crushed into powder, and sent into the combustion furnace with compressed air for combustion at 600 ~ 800℃. The amount of air added is about 2 times of the theoretical amount, and the concentration of gas SO2 is 10-13.
Second, after cooling, dust removal and filtration, the sublimated sulfur and other impurities are removed, and the gas temperature is reduced to about 0℃, and it is passed into the series reactor
The third stage reactor is slowly added with mother liquor and soda soda solution for neutralization reaction, the reaction formula is as follows:
2NaHSO4+ Na2CO3 — 2Na2SO4 + CO2+ H2O
The resulting sodium sulfite suspension is successively passed through the second stage and the first stage reactor for absorption reaction with SO2 to form the crystallization of sodium metabisulfite.

Precautions for Operation
Closed operation to strengthen ventilation.Operators must be specially trained and strictly follow the operating procedures.Operators are recommended to wear self-suction filter dust masks, wear chemical safety protective glasses, wear anti-toxic permeation overalls, and wear rubber gloves.Avoid dust.Avoid contact with oxidants and acids.Handle lightly to prevent damage to packaging and containers.Equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment.Empty containers may retain harmful substances.
Storage: Shading, sealed storage.
Should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse.The package should be sealed to prevent air oxidation.Take care against moisture.The transportation should be protected from rain and sunlight.It is strictly prohibited to store and transport with acids, oxidants and harmful and poisonous substances.This product is not suitable for long storage.Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent packing from breaking.In case of fire, use water and various fire extinguishers to put out the fire.
Transport matters
The packing should be complete and the loading should be safe at the time of shipment.Ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage during transportation.It is strictly prohibited to be mixed with oxidants, acids and edible chemicals.The transportation should be protected against exposure to the sun, rain and high temperature.The vehicle should be thoroughly cleaned after transportation.
